Related to #2330, it would be nice if there was an option to export a given plot to CSV instead of in image format. These would essentially be a shortcut to opening the dialog for CSV export and selecting the variables and hitting export.
It could alternatively just take the user to the CSV export dialog with those variables selected and then the user could add in any extra variables that they may want?

This is indeed how I would do it, not least since we would have to do something similar for exporting to BioSignalML.
