HTML structure for new site

Provide structure for github-pages (aka jekyll) web site, derived / enhanced from the OpenWrap one.

All Open* proejcts should use the same templates, the original ones are available on github.com/openwrap/openwrap.github.com.

Any new design should have a nav bar with quick access to all other projects (aka OpenRasta, OpenWrap, OpenFileSystem, etc)
