I've had this problem with the Plastic Tool since I started using OpenToonz (macOS) in 2016. It makes it hard to complete projects when the mesh creates artifacts around shapes.

@FritzThird Recommend closing this as this location (the nightlies repo) is not the appropriate place to report issues with Opentoonz.
