Looks like this is partially setup. https://github.com/openxc/vi-firmware/blob/master/.travis.yml#L19

However, fab fails on travis b/c it's not found: https://travis-ci.org/openxc/vi-firmware/builds/456098978

If this is updated to include fabric in .travis.yml, then also update README in vi-firmware to just tag the commit from local machine and let travis do the rest - instructions in README need to be updated so you don't run local fab release - just a new command to gpg tag and push.

In the meantime, is worth removing the deploy info from .travis.yml until it's working? Makes and tag commit fail.
