in order to have out of the box k3s support for initial config
https://docs.k3s.io/installation/packaged-components#auto-deploying-manifests-addons

The k3s server should support an array of file names + content to apply on k3s manifest directory. This could enable replacement of helm kubectl bosh release
(124.1 release has support for manifests, but templates them a single manifest file)
