Hello. I thought of one. Why wouldn't someone write an application similar to Winevdm, but to run Windows 9X applications? It's just that many programs for 9X do not work on modern Windows.

Hi. I just installed a game that only opens in windows 95 and it worked. After opening "otvdmw.exe", I configured the game's exe for compatibility with windows 95

If its a 32-bit application it should run mostly ok with compatibility mode adjusted in 'Properties'
