Possibility: Add an Additional Error message

Just wondering if it is possible to add the following error message if an app crashes:

"An error has occurred in your application. If you choose ignore, you should save your work in a new file. If you choose Close, your application will terminate."

This error message also appears in NTVDM. You don't have to add it, just wondering.
