why it error out after I create a new indicator and update dataset, and if i go to indicators page and click the indicator I created it also error out.

I have set up the app in my local. I tried to upload a test dataset into csv and created a new indicator. I have followed the step and fill out the Dataset metadata and I clicked update dataset. However, it showed error 'faild to fetch' after I clicked update dataset button.
It did not properly create the indicator, I go to the indicator page and clicked the indicator I created (test-hdi-indicator), it showed error: Missing data Path for variable 736847
