Description

This chart offers "West Germany" for selection but "West Germany" doesn't have any data

Expected behaviour

West Germany shouldn't be offered for selection.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to this https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/share-of-people-who-say-that-looking-after-the-environment-is-important-to-them
2. Select "West Germany"
3. Look at every year
4. Note that "West Germany" doesn't have data for any of the years
