Padrino:Reload.lock! try to split java packages

with jdbc-sqlite3 on Windows, the relaoder catch the driver from ObjectSpace and try to split the java package.

ArgumentError: Java package 'java.math._orig_klass_name' does not have a method 'split'

At least it works in revision 893fe66 but Rubygems.org still ships broken 0.10.7 version.
