The IXP database https://ixpdb.euro-ix.net/en/ provides a lot of information about peers available from an IXP. The data is more complete compared to PeeringDB as the data is maintained by the IXP instead of individual peers.

IXP DB also provides an API.

Do you know if IXP DB's API is freely available like PeeringDB's?

Compared to PeeringDB, the data in the IXP DB is generated by the IXPs itself. So, this data has a higher accuracy compared to PeeringDB, as this is crowd-sourced data with very limited checks. Don't get me wrong, PeeringDB is great and has many strong use-cases. However, in your case it makes sense to use the single source of truth (e.g. for the assigned IP addresses to the peers)!
