"Converting" a relationship shouldn't lose the relationships layer information. #1856

Feature description
When "converting" a relationship in layer somelayer the newly created, converted relationship is only on layer Default layer.

It should inherit the layers from the relationship that was converted.

Moved the (set|get)ParentRelationship from Column to TableObject

Minor fix in Relationship class to set the parent relationship attribute
on all generated constraints
