DataFrameReader 读取需要注册TiExtensions，紧接着需要注册catalog，是否取消注册catalog 限制？ 这种场景catalog 不是必须的。
把tidb 封装到 https://github.com/melin/datatunnel 中，为了简化用户使用，不希望用户去注册一个catalog。
