Deployment documentation needs to show Seamless mode first, rather then classic "simple"

Do you mean to reorder the items in the navigation under Deploying instead?

@stevepiercy yes, it should not be first in the navigation, and it should clearly state that is "install Volto on older Plone without access to plone.rest 2.0".

Should Simple deployment have a deprecation warning at the top, like so? Please provide specific details as needed.

It is recommended only for Plone 5.2 and older.
For Plone 6 and later, use Seamless mode.

The whole thing has to be refactored. "Simple deployment" information is relevant, but the https://6.dev-docs.plone.org/volto/deploying/simple.html#reverse-proxies needs to be updated, it should be just a "hey, this is also how you can do it", just a note in the new docs.

I'll try to refactor this today, I may find 30 minutes to do so.
