Sprite editor - Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A to select all #194

Pressing Ctrl+A to 'select all' would be most useful for the sprite editor.
For large sprites it can be a bit difficult to fully select a complete sprite,
Besides that, Ctrl+A is such a well known and common shortcut.
