Error: read ECONNRESET #4

During glide init <URL> command, the browser window pops up and responds with successful login. But inside the console I receive this response.

Error: read ECONNRESET
    at TLSWrap.onStreamRead (internal/stream_base_commons.js:201:27) {
  errno: 'ECONNRESET',
  code: 'ECONNRESET',
  syscall: 'read'
}
Error: read ECONNRESET

I'm not sure if this is something during the setup process that I'm missing or if this is an actual bug.
