  • post_hoc_variation_model_home_away()
  • post_hoc_variation_model_local_foreign()

are not done as it does not seem coherent to look at group of germplasm and location with these models. The models are studying local adaptation and not G and E specifically.
To study groups of germplasm and location, do GxE models
