  • take functions from shinemas2R :
    • translate.data()
    • encrypt.data()
  • type data_agro_version to do
  • when date, add a column with julian day
  • use class format

Done in v0.23

  • when date, add a column with julian day
  • format data for data_network (cf plot.data_network #67 )
  • create functions
    • format_data_PPBstats.format_network.R
    • format_data_PPBstats.format_agro.R
    • format_data_PPBstats.format_agro_version.R
    • format_data_PPBstats.format_organo_napping.R
    • format_data_PPBstats.format_organo_hedonic.R
  • network :
    • add code regarding network_split arg
    • better differentiate year, relation_year_start and relation_year_end : cf Rd
    • vignette + RData
  • data_agro_version
  • data_version: create new data + delete error message
    • to study response to selection
    • to study migrant residant
