the texture sampling setting is ignored when creating an offscreen PGraphics #1900

The PGraphicsOpenGL.initOffscreen() function initializes the color buffer texture for the offscreen surface as loadTextureImpl(Texture.BILINEAR, false), which ignores the current texture sampling setting.
