Comments
I concur, would be a great feature. |
I was looking for this feature as well and came to this issue :( |
I am on the same boat as you.....please add this extremely useful feature on next updates!! |
A brim enforcer would be really helpful for the RC3 face shields. |
this would be really helpful on print in place assemblies where brims in some places would cause problems |
I've just been looking to use this feature also. + 1 upvote from me |

Here we are 4 years later... |
Is this a new feature request?
Yes
note: Depending on the internal implementation of the slicer, It might be a duplicate of #2455 or even #286. But I believe my issue adds additional information, context and use case. If the community wants to close it as dupe, let's close it.
So, I have designed a double sided coat hanger. And I want the little pegs to have a brim, but not the center, which has a sufficient surface area.
So I created a part modifier only to discover that it was not possible to block brims.
As a result, my first layer looks like this.
So my feature request is to add brim blockers, just like we have support blockers.
