Push/Pull commands hang indefinitely #31

Due to an issue with Mono.Security, Push, Pull and other commands that communicate with an SSH server hang indefinitely.

Implemented temporary work around. This can be found in http://github.com/pvginkel/ngit. This issue will stay open until the issue has been fixed with Mono at which time Mono.Security will be replaced with a correct implementation.
