Can not start working with project #40

Hi,

I've tried to launch plugin in my Visual Studio 2010. However this was not possible:

Addin is not visible in Addin Manager
VisualGit project is not configured properly (Clicking [F5] does not start fresh Visual Studio with loaded plugin).

Please provide documentation for developers.

Configuration for starting Visual Studio extension projects isn't normally
included within the version control repository. See
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb166560(v=vs.80).aspx for
instructions on how to debug Visual Studio extension projects.
