Who is Pyblish for?

As someone curious about robotics looking at the website for ROS, something I've heard a lot about in relation to robotics, I can't for the life of me figure out what it is, what I could do with it or who it is for.

I can only imagine that others must at some point have felt the same way about Pyblish.

Let's not continue to repeat their mistake and tell the uninitiated what Pyblish is about.
