putup in verbose mode should echo the CLI params that it runs.

I use putup -i to config some options but then when I exit and it turns out I’ve made some simple error. I have no record of what I’ve written so when I run putup -i again, I have to reconfig everything again.

If putup -i in verbose mode showed at the beginning the CLI params it invokes, I could copy that, fix the mistakes and just run it (without -i) again.
