馃悰 Describe the bug

It is not a proper bug, but it prevents the use of torch script when saving the model. I traced back the issue to the definition of torchaudio.compliance.kaldi.vtln_warp_mel_freq. The latter is

def vtln_warp_mel_freq(
    vtln_low_cutoff: float,
    vtln_high_cutoff: float,
    low_freq,
    high_freq: float,
    vtln_warp_factor: float,
    mel_freq: Tensor,
) -> Tensor:
# Rest of the implementation

As you can see, low_freq is not annotated, and this is preventing the use of torch script (it automatically expects a tensor, but this is not the case). The solution is to simply use the type hinting

def vtln_warp_mel_freq(
    vtln_low_cutoff: float,
    vtln_high_cutoff: float,
    low_freq: float,
    high_freq: float,
    vtln_warp_factor: float,
    mel_freq: Tensor,
) -> Tensor:
# Rest of the implementation
