Hi,
when a transform scale is applied on body, every qtip is positioned wrong.

I have this issue as well on Chromium Version 57.0.2987.98 Built on 8.7, running on Debian 9.4 (64-bit).

qtip-desktop

This is even worse when I turn on the responsive view in the chromium developer tools. It seems like the QTip is running away from me!
