Remove the list of torrent trackers from the left menu

Suggestion

Please provide the ability to control the presence of the torrent tracker list in the left menu at the configuration level, rather than simply hiding this list, how it is implemented now.
This parameter should apply both to the application itself and to the web version.
By default, the display of this list should be turned off. The user should have the option to enable it if desired.

It is apparent that there is an option to simply hide it; however, hiding does not persist in the web version of the interface when changing browsers, and each time by default, this list is expanded.

Use case

This torrent tracker list serves no practical purpose for most users, carries no semantic load, and is unnecessary by default. It leads to interface clutter and undermines the coherence and thoughtfulness of the interface.
