The invert triangle icon means “translation selection”, the globe icon means “show translations”. In my opinion, “translation selection” can be represented with the globe icon, which indicates that it's about all translations available; “show translations” can be represented with the translation icon (combination of glyphs A and 文), which indicates that it's about texts displayed in different languages.
The book icon means “last page” on one page, or “show Quran” on another page. This leads to a situation where after tapping on a book icon, another book icon appears, causing confusion. In my opinion, the icon for the use of “show Quran” can be changed with the round Quran icon, which is in parallel to that translation icon.
