Planner not syncing correctly between Android and IOS

Salam alaykum,

I share my account with my partner and we share a planner for Quran reading. However, there seems to be an issue with syncing the progress between the two phones: android and IOS:

• Our 1st planner sometimes synced correctly, but showing weird progress of > 700% on the IOS phone
• The new planner, not synced at all: was created on the Android phone, not available on the IOS.

We really enjoy this feature, that's unfortunate that the issue is there.

Any idea or recommendation on how who could tackle this bug? Short term idea, and long run fix that could benefit everyone?

I am not really into mobile development, but if someone could introduce me where I should look at, maybe I can help with fixing the issue.

Wa3laikum alsalam,
JazakumAllah khairan - today, the Android mobile app does not have sync, and the iOS app has iCloud based sync, but neither mobile app syncs with quran.com yet, though this is something currently under development.

Are you seeing this while using quran.com in a browser on the devices? If so we can move this issue to the website tracker for them to check.
