msfupdate: Can't find the 'libpq-fe.h header

I hit msfupdate, and this is essentially what happens. I have not been able to get Metasploit to function for a while now.

Postgresql headers are missing.

For Ubuntu, install libpq-dev with apt install libpq-dev.

For OSX, perhaps installing postgres will help. brew install postgresql.
