Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
all of the profiles are public right now that would be nice to add a private option for profiles

Describe the solution you'd like
add public and private options to profiles.

Describe alternatives you've considered
a more advanced privacy option would be [public, private, friends of friends]. and this option can be applied to individual posts too.
