Describe the bug
when trying to sign up with an already registered email address error is shown by displaying the JSON response instead of showing in a UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to sign up page
  2. sign up with a duplicated email
  3. see the result

Thank you for report😊
However this behaviour is on purpose. This is not a user friendly approach but for community version is acceptable. Let me change the label from bug to enhancement therefore we can track this issue for future improvement.
Let me know if any concern!
