It will be more easy to find a job, in a specific country, if the companies are sorted by continent and country.

This is my suggestion.-

Europe

| Company | Website | Country/Region|
| 15Five | www | Europe |
| Ably | www | Europe |
| Aerolab | www | Europe |
| Company | Website | Country/Region|
| 1Password | www | UK |
| AlphaSights | www | UK |
| Gluware | www | United Kingdom|

Related possibly fix #1252 & a related answer in #1527

This list, from the start, has been company in alphabetical order. If someone wants to find all countries in US, then they can search Worldwide or US.

#485 has a very in-depth discussion about this.

In short, I'm not entirely against it since people want to know companies where they physically can work but I think grouping by region goes against the "remote" core of this list, if that makes sense.

I'm on holiday right now, when I'm back I think this needs to move to Discussions rather than Issues now.

For a better search, it is better to have the companies sorted by company or region, instead of looking through the list of all the companies.

For someone who wants to work remotely for, specifically, a company in Europe, it's better to find grouped companies by that continent, and then by countries.

@ArCiGo Do you think Worldwide should be it's own section?

If a company is in more than one area, should it be duplicated? This list might end up being pretty long.

Standardising needs to happen first before anything else.

Long term I think a filter similar to Remote OK would work.

A filter will be a great idea

Hi there, feel free to do this without being assigned, for long-lasting issues like this, we don't really assign them

Can we make use of the company's tech stack to sort further ?
