Please take a look at this code. I've added support for json files in different directories based on the Mojolicious template system.
When registering the plugin, you can add an array of path to the dir parameter.
You can add more paths, pushing them to the app->form_fields_from_json_dir. Maybe it's name is a bit verbose.
