Read the roles, and propose list of tags which would be useful there.
For example setting repositories.

Have added some tags here

https://github.com/tasdikrahman/ovirt-ansible/blob/d8d3f57336b2e16a074f6173b8a8318df1813d0d/roles/ovirt-engine-install-packages/tasks/main.yml

which skip un-necessary yum installs for tasks.

The role would be ovirt-engine-install-packages
