Commenting on an issue I'm auto-CCed on removes me from the CC list.

I just discovered this recently, but it could be a longstanding issue, and would explain problems I've had in the past. If I make a comment on an issue I've been auto-CCed on, I'm removed from the CC list (And not added as a reviewer). I'm not sure if this also happens for issues where I'm manually added to the CC list.
