How to get the time when "SetStats(1)" and "SetStats(0)"

Other information: Hello, I'm using BOOM in chipyard, and I'm simulate a vvadd.riscv from riscv-tests on it using VCS. But I have a question that, I would like to focus on the period between "SetStats(1)" and "SetStats(0)", in other words, the most important part in the program. Could you tell me how I can get the time of "SetStats(1)" and "SetStats(0)" so I can figure out what this part is in the .fsdb file.
