Acceleration Wand duping seeds

If you plant a seed in not enough light and then acceleration wand it before it pops out it creates a small fountain of seeds as the seed pops out due to low light. It creates approx. 20 extra seeds.

Tested with Mystical Agriculture seeds and normal wheat seeds in StoneBlock.
