I am using 4Cker with data from a FourCseq object (trnasformed to a DF) and sometimes this works very nice and sometimes I get error messages like:
nearBaitAnalysis -> startingValuesCis -> rbind -> rbind -> match.names
I tried debugging this, but did not find a simple solution for this.
I am unsure how to provide a minimal not working example for this. But I wanted to document this error (hoping it was not reported before).

I think there is an issue with partitioning the data to training the model. Did you get any QC warnings when you created the object?
