How to use pulse_in / ping? #118

I've seen issue #18 and have now pulse_in in StandardFirmata.
But I don't know how to use it.

Can somebody give me an example, preferably in Python?
It would be really great if someone can give me an example with pyFirmata.

Unfortunately, it appears that pyFirmata doesn't have support for pulseIn/Out https://github.com/tino/pyFirmata/blob/master/pyfirmata/pyfirmata.py#L12
