The vpn is able to connect, but I wanted to go into the app to validate my url blacklist and the splash screen never quits

Thanks

I'm experiencing the same on iOS 13 public beta 3 (build 17A5534f) with the latest DNSCloak beta, version 2.2.1 (0.1.1) on an iPhone XR.

Can't get past splash screen either. Using stable App Store release. Worked with PB 2, but not with PB 3.

Having the same issue on iPadOS 13.0 (17A5534f)
Turning it on via VPN settings seems to work though

Does it reproduce on the latest TestFlight build (0.2.0)?

Yes it does. Running iOS 13 public beta 3, after updating to the latest TestFlight build (0.2.0), it still gets stuck on the splash screen.

0.2.0 seemed to still have the problem on beta 4 (without reboot), but just upgraded to beta 5 and it's working .. So, either a reboot with 0.2.0 installed fixed it or upgrading to beta 5 fixed it.

Both App Store version (2.2.0) and TestFlight one (2.2.1) confirmed working on Developer Beta 5 (17A5547d).
Must be an iOS issue

I just installed iOS 13 public beta 4 (build 17A5547d, same as developer beta 5), and I can confirm that this issue is resolved.

Same here. All working on iOS 13 PB3.
