Calender on Mobile view shows no items #1010

On Mobile view, If items exist on calender for this week, they are not shown.
It simply shows the "Add Item" button.

After some testing, it appears as though this worked correctly in SuiteCRM 7.3.1.
I.e, this will appear:

But no longer works in 7.3.2, 7.4.3, 7.5.1.

Closes #1010. The mobile calendar was 500'ing due to the $start_time variable not being created from DateTime::createFromFormat.
