Segfault when trying to visualize SimGrid traces

Hello,

with viva 1.2 on a git version of SimGrid, I get the following errors:

  $ viva examples/msg/simgrid.trace examples/msg/viva_graph.plist
  quality set to 0, viewZone calculated to 1,000000
  Erreur de segmentation
  $ cd examples/msg/trace-host-user-variables
  $ viva simgrid.trace viva_graph.plist
  quality set to 0, viewZone calculated to 1,000000
  Erreur de segmentation

The problem may well be in SimGrid, but the error message could be more informative than "segfault", I guess.
