Character escaping for latex questionnaires #18

Because characters like "_" will be interpreted by latex, we have to escape them, so rendering runs smoothly.

I kinda feel what one wants is automatic escaping, but a way to opt out of that again (and, when opted out, a second text field should appear to enter an escaped text)
