To build a Mesh Extender image:

1. ./scripts/feeds update serval
2. ./scripts/feeds install -p serval
3. ./scripts/feeds install -a serval
4. make world

The binary for installation should then be in:

bin/ar71xx/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-gl-ar150-initramfs-kernel.bin

To flash, connect to the serial port at 115200:

cu -l /dev/cu.usbserial -s 115200

or if you have trouble with cu:

screen /dev/cu.usbserial 115200

Bit in either case, change /dev/cu.usbserial to the correct device name for
your USB to serial adapter.

Reboot the node in some way, so that you see the uboot prompt:

uboot>

Plug in an ethernet cable, connected to another computer.
The Mesh Extender node will have an IP of 192.168.1.1, so
pick another IP address on that subnet for the connected
computer.

Type httpd to start the firmware update webserver:

uboot> httpd
Link down: eth0
Ethernet mode (duplex/speed): 1/1000 Mbps
HTTP server is starting at IP: 192.168.1.1
HTTP server is ready!

When it shows something like the above, browse to http://192.168.1.1
and select the firmware file to upload, and trigger the firmware update.

You should see the update process on the serial console, similar to the
following:
