Documentation work for 1.4 and beyond

This is a quick mind dump to track the various tasks and ideas for docs.shoebot.net.

Writing and editing

• Add a full TOC of commands to the command reference index page
• Explain the steps to contribute to the docs in the Contributing section, and add a ReStructuredText cheatsheet (example)
• Make quick examples for commands that still don't have them
• Add a docs section for objects (BezierPath, Text, Color) and their properties #370 Add docs for drawing objects (BezierPath, Text...) and their methods
• Docs: Decide on structure for command reference #381 Decide on a structure for the command reference
• Separate command reference (human-readable explanations) and API reference (technical outline of arguments, return types, etc)

Layout and Sphinx

• Setup autodoc
• Explore less Sphinx-y style and layout possibilities -- see the Lino and Spyder docs for inspiration
• Determine whether we could twist Sphinx to have its index page be the shoebot.net home page (need to find how to have galleries and other features)
• Add logo to docs site
