We should release a 1.4.2, to ensure we are compatible with python 3.10

TBD - Add expand a proper checklist here:

Update setup.py + check we copy data files correctly.
Check scale() works properly Nodebox compatibility - does scale() affect the origin of shapes ? #436
Fix gedit plugin installer Can't install gedit plugin now gedit has versions > 40.0 #438
Run all the tests and see if anything is obviously wrong.

Should check the status of our long running bug here (I don't think anything has changed).
