🎯 Expected Behaviour

The software is installed. I think? Unless the RPM isn't compatible with Fedora.

👟 Steps to Reproduce (S2R)

1. Download RPM file from 11.0.2 release
2. sudo dnf install ~/Downloads/pb-for-desktop-11.0.2-x86_64.rpm

🏡 Environmental Context

Fedora 32. I've got the 1Password beta app installed via dnf, which is what seems to be causing the conflict. Not sure if it's an issue with you or them, now I think of it.
