tap-shopify does not support the InventoryItem endpoint

"Represents the goods available to be shipped to a customer. It holds essential information about the goods, including SKU and whether it is tracked."

This endpoint can be used (likely in conjunction with inventorylocation) to track various items in inventory, costs associated with them, etc.
