I keep getting this error code

install_github("rga", "skardhamar")
Error in curl::curl_fetch_disk(url, x$path, handle = handle) :
Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
In addition: Warning message:
Username parameter is deprecated. Please use skardhamar/rga
